在Amazon網購一台麵包機, 做了幾次麵包, 吃得很開心~ ^^
可是機器有時候會發出"卡卡"聲...
仔細查看後, 發現裡面有一個螺絲鬆掉了, 而且沒辦法從外面直接鎖緊... ><
所以...決定退貨!
怎麼會這樣, 好麻煩喔 ~"~
沒有處理過這種事的經驗, 只好上Amazon網站研究一下如何return了.
(程序似乎蠻簡單的...)
因為覺得這breadmaker還不錯用, 所以採用replace(換貨)的處理方式...
所有程序都跑完後, 發現...為何沒有出現取代的新機何時出貨訊息?!
如果今天將有問題的麵包機退回, 會不會就什麼都沒了? (已經付過錢囉~)
先到他們的顧客信箱發一封詢問mail, 確定OK後, 再到UPS退回舊機. (退貨免運費~)
網站制式回覆...在12小時內會有人處理我的問題...嗯~12小時, 還OK, 蠻快的~
結果...不到1小時, 他們就回覆處理的方式, 讓我驚嘆不已~不禁想記下這"漂亮"的服務品質! ^^
因此...下午就把舊機退回了...因為明天就可以收新的breadmaker囉~! :)
